The mark
A G built from two halves: solid navy, and a lit wireframe. The whole palette is sampled from it.
Clear space
Leave clear space on all four sides equal to the height of the gold sphere above the mark. Nothing — type, rules, image edges — enters that zone.
Minimum size
The mark: 20px tall on screen, 8mm in print. The full lockup: 120px wide on screen, 30mm in print, below which the tagline stops being legible — use the mark instead.
Lockup
When the mark sits beside the word "Geniaz" as live text, the wordmark is Space Grotesk 700 with the gap between mark and word equal to half the mark height. Use this on dark surfaces, where the supplied lockup cannot go.
The logo system is not complete yet
Only one asset exists today: a 506×492 PNG whose glow is a gradient. The versions below cannot be traced from it without losing the counter of the G and banding the glow, so they need the vector original from whoever drew the mark.
- Vector original (SVG or AI) — Every other version derives from it. Print, large format and any resize past the supplied 1600px all need it, and the gradients cannot be reconstructed from a JPG.
- One-colour mark — Single-colour print, embroidery, watermarks and fax-grade reproduction. The mark is currently two colours with gradients in both.
- Reversed lockup — The navy wordmark and the tagline both vanish on a dark ground. Needed for dark decks, photography and video title cards — dark is where this brand mostly lives.
- Social avatar crop — A square crop tuned for a circular mask, rather than the favicon scaled up.
Sampled from the mark
HEX, RGB and CMYK for every brand colour, with the WCAG contrast ratio against white and against Geniaz Ink so the legibility rules are not a matter of opinion.
Primary
The Geniaz core. Navy carries authority and is the default canvas for anything that has to feel like infrastructure.
Accent
The signal colours. Used sparingly — they mark the one thing on a screen that matters most.
Neutral
The quiet majority of every layout. Cool-tinted so they sit with the navy rather than fighting it.
On dark
Lightened variants for dark surfaces. The accent and semantic colours above are tuned against white and drop below 4.5:1 on ink or midnight; these replace them there. Never use them on light.
Semantic
Reserved for state. Because GenVeris reports on risk, these colours must never be used decoratively — a red on a Geniaz screen has to mean something is wrong.
How contrast is read here
WCAG AA asks for 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface elements. A colour below those is safe as a graphic but not as type — which is why Signal Gold appears everywhere on ink and nowhere as text on white.
Space Grotesk & Inter
The pairing is taken from the Fontpair SaaS collection. Space Grotesk carries the headings, Inter carries everything you have to read, and JetBrains Mono carries anything auditable.
Space Grotesk
Headings, the wordmark, numerals in stat blocks.
A technical grotesque with real character in its digits and terminals. It reads engineered rather than generic, which is what a governance product needs at the top of a page.
Weights 500, 600, 700Inter
Body copy, UI labels, navigation, forms.
Drawn for screens, with a tall x-height that holds up at 14–16px. The workhorse of the SaaS pairing — it gets out of the way.
Weights 400, 500, 600JetBrains Mono
Metrics, code, control IDs, evidence references.
Anything auditable should be set in a face where 0 and O cannot be confused.

How Geniaz sounds
We sell oversight. Overclaiming is the fastest way to lose the argument, so the voice is deliberately plain.
Geniaz builds enterprise software across several domains. GenVeris, the Enterprise AI Control Plane, is the layer an organisation’s AI runs through.
Precise over dramatic
Do Name the control, the standard, the number.
Don’t Reach for "revolutionary", "game-changing" or "unleash".
Plain over technical
Do Write so a risk officer and an ML engineer both follow the same sentence.
Don’t Hide behind acronyms on a first mention.
Evidence over claim
Do Say what is measured and how it is checked.
Don’t Assert outcomes the product cannot show.
Calm over urgent
Do Describe risk steadily; the subject is serious enough on its own.
Don’t Sell through fear, countdowns or alarm language.
Infrastructure, not oversight
Do Describe what GenVeris does to a request. It runs things.
Don’t Frame it as reporting, assessment or a compliance exercise — that is the category it is not in.
| Use | Not | Why |
|---|---|---|
| GenVeris | Genveris, GenVeris AI | Capital G, capital V. One of the solutions Geniaz builds, never a company in its own right. |
| Geniaz | GENIAZ, Genias | The company. It builds several solutions, so never write “Geniaz, the AI governance company” — governance is one thing one of its products does. |
| Enterprise AI Control Plane | AI governance platform, GRC platform, AI management tool | This is the category. GenVeris sits in the path of AI operations and directs them; it does not sit beside the stack and report on it. |
| control plane | oversight layer, monitoring layer | Lowercase in running text. The control plane decides and enforces; the data plane carries the work out. |
| in the request path | integrated with | Says the thing that matters: decisions happen per call, at runtime. |
| registry | inventory, catalogue | Models, agents and tools register with the control plane and are addressable through it. An inventory is a list; a registry is live. |
| governance | — | An outcome of running through the control plane, not the category GenVeris competes in. Never lead with it. |
Geniaz builds enterprise software for organisations operating at scale. Its Enterprise AI Control Plane, GenVeris, is the layer an organisation’s AI runs through: every model, agent and tool registered in one place, every call routed and authorised, policy enforced in the request path, and the cost and behaviour of all of it visible as it happens. Governance and assurance fall out of that as a by-product rather than as a separate exercise.
Use verbatim in press, partner listings and the about line on social profiles.
Do and don’t
The short version: navy leads, gold signals, and nothing gets applied to the mark.
Do
- Lead with the navy. It is the brand; gold is the light on it, and white and cloud are the room it sits in.
- Keep gold rare. One accent per view, on the single most important element — gold is what the eye goes to first, so it has to be pointing somewhere.
- Set every heading in Space Grotesk and every paragraph in Inter. No third voice.
- Give the logo its clear space, at any size, on any surface.
- Use the semantic colours only for real state — a red must always mean a breach.
- Caption every animation, and let it be paused or skipped.
- Put the tagline where it belongs: inside the lockup. It is part of the logo, not a line to reword per campaign.
- Set documents and email in Inter — Space Grotesk will not be installed on the reader’s machine.
- Proof the gold on press before any print run; it shifts on uncoated stock.
Don’t
- Do not set gold as text on white — it is 2.6:1. On light surfaces the accent is Gold Ink at 7.5:1, or Gold Deep at 6.2:1.
- Do not recolour, outline, rotate, stretch or add effects to the mark.
- Do not put the full lockup on a dark ground — the navy wordmark sinks into it and the tagline disappears. The mark alone is fine there; set "Geniaz" as live white text beside it.
- Do not place the mark on a busy photograph; put it on white first.
- Do not use the retired cyan and aqua accents, or the old lavender and pink pastels. The accent is gold.
- Do not use gradients as backgrounds for text. Gradients are for the mark and thin accents only.
- Do not use gold where a status belongs. Attention is darker and redder than the accent; if the two are hard to tell apart in a layout, the gold is doing a job that is not its own.
- Do not autoplay audio, ever.
- Do not put the mark on a white social avatar — it disappears inside a circular crop.
- Do not scale the favicon up to stand in for the full mark.
| Channel | How the brand applies |
|---|---|
| Website | Midnight and ink for heroes and proof sections, white and cloud for reading. One gold accent per view. Body copy never smaller than 14px. |
| Presentations | Ink title slides, white content slides. Space Grotesk for slide titles at 32pt and up, Inter for everything else at 18pt minimum. The mark sits bottom-left with its clear space, not stretched across a corner. |
| Social | Avatar is the mark on ink, never on white — it disappears in a circular crop. Gold is for one element in a post image, not the background. Use the boilerplate verbatim in bios. |
| Documents & email | Inter throughout, since Space Grotesk will not be installed on most recipients’ machines. Signatures use the primary lockup at 120px wide. No gradient anywhere in a document. |
| Convert from the CMYK values on this page, and proof before a run — the gold shifts noticeably on uncoated stock, and goes muddy if it is screened rather than run solid. Minimum mark height 8mm. | |
| Product UI | Semantic colours carry state and nothing else. Keep the accent for the primary action in a view. Data and identifiers are set in JetBrains Mono. |
