We build the systems
enterprises run on.
Geniaz builds enterprise software for organisations operating at scale. Its Enterprise AI Control Plane, GenVeris, is the layer an organisation’s AI runs through: every model, agent and tool registered in one place, every call routed and authorised, policy enforced in the request path, and the cost and behaviour of all of it visible as it happens. Governance and assurance fall out of that as a by-product rather than as a separate exercise.
Geniaz builds enterprise software. Not one product in one category — a set of solutions for the parts of a large organisation that are complicated, operational, and usually held together by spreadsheets and goodwill.
What those solutions have in common is where we choose to sit. We build the layer the work runs through rather than a system beside it that reports on what happened. That is a harder place to build, because it has to be available, fast and correct on every request. It is also the only place from which anything can actually be changed.
GenVeris is the clearest example of it. Enterprises adopted AI far faster than they built any common point for it to pass through, so every team wired its own stack, held its own keys and interpreted policy its own way. GenVeris is the control plane that was missing: one layer every model, agent and tool registers with and every call runs through. Governance, cost control and security follow from that — they are not separate products we bolted on.
Four beliefs that shape what we build
These are not values on a wall. Each one shows up as a decision in the product.
Control should make teams faster, not slower
Build in the path, not beside it
Evidence beats assertion
One system, several audiences
A world where the hard operational parts of an enterprise run through systems built for the job, so that “what is it doing, and how do you know?” is as ordinary a question to answer as one about the finances.
Financial reporting took a century to become routine, auditable and comparable across firms. Enterprise AI will not take a century — but it will take infrastructure, not dashboards. That is the part we build.
Build the layer, not the report
Solutions that sit in the path of the work, keep up with the pace it changes at, and can be operated by the team that owns it.
